Simple steps to fitting fitness into your life is to schedule activity and make it part of your daily routine.(6) 150 minutes is not nearly as much as it sounds. 150 minutes can be broken down to only 30 minutes 5 days a week. Those 30 minutes DO NOT need to be consecutive. Take the stairs at work instead of the elevator. If it seems to easy, try to increase your speed.
