About the Author...
This site was created by Debbie Sontag-Cheema as a course requirement for HLED 315 at Eastern Michigan University. I am currently a high school social studies teacher working towards my health education teaching endorsement. This project is reflective of information I truly care about, as I try to fit eating healthier and working out into my own busy schedule. Balance and moderation have become keys for my own success in these areas.
